On November 6, 2024, the inauguration ceremony of the new dairy processing unit, "Tradita e Djathit Bjeshka," led by Luljeta Hoxha was held in the Municipality of Drenas.

This project was made possible following professional training conducted by IADK, where participants gained in-depth knowledge on cheese production and other dairy products, as well as hygienic practices and the use of professional equipment.

This activity is part of the project "Improving Employment and Income Generation Opportunities in Rural Areas of Kosovo," supported by the German donor Brot für die Welt and implemented in collaboration with the Municipality of Drenas.
